• Q11 buses are detoured in both directions due to roadwork on 99th St between 163rd Ave and 164th Ave.
  Northbound stops on 99th St/164th Ave to 99th St/162nd Ave will not be made.
  While detoured, stops will be made along 97th St as requested.
  Southbound stops from 99th St/163rd Ave to 164th Ave/97th St will not be made.
  While detoured stops will be made along 163rd Ave and 96th St as requested.
  Note: Bus arrival information may not be available/accurate while buses are detoured.

• Have you noticed that we're updating bus stop signs in Queens? We're preparing for the Queens Bus Network Redesign coming this summer
  Queens Bus Network Redesign service improvements will be phased in by route on June 29 and August 31, 2025.
  
  Until then, know that your bus route will still serve current stops, but some signs will reflect future service.
