Service Alert for Route:

• Have you noticed that we're updating bus stop signs in Queens? We're preparing for the Queens Bus Network Redesign coming this summer
  Queens Bus Network Redesign service improvements will be phased in by route on June 29 and August 31, 2025.
  
  Until then, know that your bus route will still serve current stops, but some signs will reflect future service.
  
  Use the MTA app or BusTime to plan your trip.

• Westbound QM20 buses are detoured due to utility work on 31st Rd between 137th St and Linden Pl.
  While detoured, buses will not stop at 31st Rd/138th St. Stops will be made as requested along 138th St instead.
  Note: Bus arrival information may not be available/accurate while buses are detoured.
