- Q38 buses are detoured in both directions due to FDNY activity on Penelope Ave between Dry Harbor Rd and 82nd Pl.
Buses will not serve stops on Penelope Ave between Dry Harbor Rd and 84th St in both directions.
While detoured, stops will be made as requested along Furmanville Ave.
